Forensic Case Management

Conditional Release Is a program administered through the WI Department of Health Services which allows person’s found not guilty of a crime based on mental illness or defect to live in the community.

A treatment team is made of people that will help the person to be successful in the community. While the person is the center of the team, our case managers work collaboratively with the probation agent, therapist, psychiatrist, work supervisors, guardians, family members and other‘s to ensure the court ordered treatment plan is followed.
